Question 1

What does the pilot cost and cover?

Accepted Answer

The pilot has a $1,500 one-time setup fee and $500 per month for monitoring. It covers one agreed recruiting or staffing workflow, scoped with your agency before setup; it is not a promise to automate every process.

Question 2

Who keeps approval and consequential decisions?

Accepted Answer

Your agency or recruiting staff retain approval and consequential workflow decisions. Rungbird does not make candidate, client, or other consequential decisions autonomously.

Question 3

What is needed for initial scoping?

Accepted Answer

Initial scoping is credential-free. You do not need to share passwords, API keys, or other credentials during this stage.

Question 4

When can a live connection or automation be considered?

Accepted Answer

Before any live connection or automation, Rungbird and your agency must confirm the supported systems, appropriate account access, and actual integration limits for the agreed workflow. No integration is represented as live here.

Question 5

What does this FAQ not promise?

Accepted Answer

This FAQ does not claim that any integration is already active, that records are being written, or that interviews are being booked. Scope, supported systems, access, and limits must be confirmed before those questions can be answered.
